This Natural Process is a masterpiece of the region’s coffee growers and processors. It took them 13 years to process good quality coffee. The Yellow Bourbon variety is a variety resulting from the mutation of Red Bourbon which has a sweetness level above the average (>20), and has gone through the curation concept which is directly assisted by IPB University, the best agricultural university in Indonesia. This variety can only grow in some areas, and Cikajang District is a center for the production of Yellow Bourbon Coffee because of the harmony between the growing character of the variety and the type of land climate.
