Washed is a form of process duplication that was initiated by Brazil. In Indonesia, specially in Cikajang Regency, we only process Wash when market capacity exceeds production capacity. However, we only use bourbon varieties for wet processing. This is to maintain the characteristics of coffee that are suitable for general consumers. This coffee is very suitable for blending because it has a thin body and acidity character but still exudes a sweet complexity.
